  1. Booking Rules

    • All villa reservations are subject to confirmation and availability upon deposit receipt.
    • Rates, applicable government taxes (11%), and service charges (10%) are clearly quoted prior to reservation confirmation.
    • A booking confirmation voucher with your reservation reference will be delivered to your registered email address.

  2. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Refund policies depend on room rate category and advance notice timing.
    • Promotional packages and seasonal peak-period bookings marked as non-refundable are strictly non-refundable.
    • Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  3. Guest & User Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate personal identity, contact details, and valid payment information.
    • Respect resort sanctuary grounds, fellow guests, local Balinese customs, and tranquil quiet hours (22:00 – 07:00).
    • Report any accidental damage to villa furnishings immediately to your personal butler or front desk.

  4. Liability & Force Majeure

    • Tanah Wuk Villas is not liable for indirect damages, travel disruptions, or losses caused by third-party transport or external service providers.
    • In unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, natural events, governmental travel advisories), resort management will offer flexible rescheduling options.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • All visual branding, trademarks, architectural designs, photography, and text content published on this website are proprietary to Tanah Wuk Villas Bali.
    • Commercial reproduction or digital distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

  6. Policy Amendments

    • We reserve the right to revise terms and conditions periodically to reflect updated hospitality standards and regulatory changes.
    • Continued use of our website and reservation services implies ongoing acceptance of updated conditions.
